Shipping and Return Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing and handling time

 

Please be advised that due to a higher volume of orders, some items may take up to 7 business for processing and handling that will be added in addition the the shipping time. All orders will be shipped using a label for the selected shipping method (Standard or Priority) Should we experience a high volume of orders or delays in deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified via email.

International

All international shipments are subject to individualized rates that will be charged directly to the buyer. International Shipments are not eligible for free returns. 

*Free shipping promotions are not eligible for priority mail. If priority mail is selected, standard shipping will be selected as a default. 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

Shipping to P.O box or APO/FPO addresses need to be added to the additional comments section at check out. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. 

 

Damages​

The Tech Kingdom, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Before processing a return, you will be asked to send a video and or picture of your damaged device. Items lost by the 3rd party shipping company are to be resolved with that 3rd party company following the appropriate channels.  

 

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We are not responsible for the costs associated with the return of the item. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be in working condition and returned in the way that it was received. 

 

You will need to contact us through email at sales@thetechkingdom.com or through the chat feature on www.thetechkingdom.com and provide your order number. 


Refunds

All items that have been used will incur either a $15 Restocking fee for items valued at $49.99 or less or a $30 Restocking Fee for items that are valued at $50.00 and more, and will be deducted from the total of the refund plus the total cost of shipping (varies depending on order).

Disclaimers

Due to frequent updates and supplier changes, game lists may vary slightly from as described. If you have specific questions about the availability of a game on a device reach out to us at sales@thetechkingdom.com or visit us at www.thetechkingdom.com and use our chat feature. We also do not own the rights to any of the games on these devices and do not resell the games themselves, only the devices. We also do not guarantee the functionality of any specific game included in the game lists. Our warranty covers the functionality of the device ONLY (games are not included in the warranty). Any returns due to a specific game not working will be charged the normal restocking fee associated with that device.  We do not take the responsibility for any legal ramifications that come with redistributing these products as we do not add the games ourselves and any games built in were added by the OEM. We do not take requests to modify the systems or add games and any products and we do not take responsibility for any person or entity that has decided to do so on their own. Purchasing from our site automatically absolves The Tech Kingdom, LLC from any legal ramifications in that matter.
